Project scope consists of roadway, curb and gutter replacement sidewalk repairs, new storm sewer, new water main and parkway restoration. The project improvements include:

· Storm sewer replacement and upsizing with new homeowner sewer services

· Driveway apron repairs and replacement
· Sidewalk repairs
. Paving of Colfax from Harlem to Nordica

Colfax Detour on Monday May 6th.


On Monday, May 6th, the contractor will be installing the new water main through the intersection of Nora Avenue and Colfax Avenue. The contractor will set-up a detour along Colfax Avenue between Harlem Avenue and Nordica Avenue. Residents should plan on using Harrison Street during working hours. Residents that live on Nora Avenue south of Colfax Avenue, will be able to access their homes, but should anticipate some delays while the work is on-going.
Next week, the contractor will continue to install the water main along Nora Avenue north to Harrison Street.
